BOOKING?
It is necessary for you to either phone or visit the spa to book a reservation for your treatment.
All treatments over $50 must be secured with a credit card.
ARRIVAL
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you can relax, and complete the necessary guest details.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
We will provide you with a robe and a locker to secure your belongings during your treatments.
Most people undress completely for body treatments as we supply disposable undergarments for body treatments; however you may choose to wear swimwear or undergarments. During your treatment, our
therapists are trained to drape sarongs or towels discreetly over any areas of the body not involved with the treatment and to protect your privacy at all times.
WHAT IF I AM LATE?
We understand that things do happen and sometimes time runs short. The time that you do spend with us will ensure optimum results, but as a courtesy to other guests your treatment will still finish on time.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We require a minumum of 4 working hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee being charged, which is 50% of the treatment price. If no noticification or a no show occurs, then 100% charge will apply. This also occurs to Gift vouchers.

It’s your time and we want you to enjoy your treatment experience to the fullest. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage
pressure or the volume of music . . . just tell us.
